These Terms describe acceptable use of convertzen.net and the media workflows presented here. ConvertZen identifies the product and brand. The final legal operator, seller of record, contact address, and payment-account identity must replace the draft placeholder before any paid offer, payment checkout, account, or commercial service begins.
You may use this website only where lawful. You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age required where you live, and must comply with applicable sanctions, export controls, and other laws.
2. Website Use
You may browse and link to public pages for lawful personal or business evaluation. Do not interfere with the website, defeat security controls, scrape at a harmful rate, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or misrepresent an affiliation with ConvertZen.
Nothing on this website transfers ownership of the ConvertZen name, visual design, text, software, third-party components, or other intellectual property.
3. Product Information and Release Status
Product pages describe the intended connected workflow across Save Media and Converter Studio, plus Built-in Player and Device Share. ConvertZen v1.0.0 installer distribution is public, and paid checkout has not yet been enabled. Capabilities may vary by platform and release. The Download ConvertZen page publishes current installer availability, file sizes, and SHA-256 checksums. Descriptions and examples are not a guarantee that a particular build, source, format, quality level, platform, or result is available.
ConvertZen is local-first media software and a client-side media application. Core media workflows, including playback, conversion, editing, local file handling, and device-to-device file movement, are designed to run on the user’s own device. For those workflows, media you select is processed on your own device. ConvertZen does not receive, store, inspect, convert, or publish those media files. Local file handling does not create public download links.
4. Lawful Media Use
Use ConvertZen only with media that you own, created, licensed, or otherwise have permission to process. You remain responsible for the content, links, files, edits, exports, and sharing choices used in a media workflow.
Local file handling does not create public download links. Local file handling and Device Share must not be used to publish files to the public, operate cloud storage for third-party media, operate a public repository or cyberlocker, pay or reward uploaders, distribute malware, or share material without required rights and consent.
No sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or official connection with a third-party content platform is claimed. Third-party names, trademarks, content, and services remain subject to their owners’ rights, terms, availability, and privacy practices.
5. Payments and Previous Purchases
Paid checkout has not yet been enabled on convertzen.net, payment processing is not currently integrated, and there is no current website transaction flow. Before any future payment, the offer must identify the verified seller of record, verified legal seller, exact product or entitlement, supported platforms, total price and ISO currency, applicable tax, access term, renewal status, delivery timing, material limits, cancellation path, 15-day refund window, privacy terms, and support contact before payment is requested. Future checkout copy must replace any draft placeholder still present before payment is requested.
Under the current Refund Policy, a future ConvertZen payment made through convertzen.net may be refunded within 15 days of the transaction when the buyer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, or the paid product has a material issue, cannot be used as described, or materially differs from the published offer.
For a previous purchase, review the seller shown on the receipt and the terms presented at that checkout. Contact that seller through the support route stated on the receipt. The Payment Notice and Refund Policy explain the current website status and safe steps for transaction questions.
6. Warranty, Liability and Legal Rights
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, the website, public product information, installer links, and public v1.0.0 downloadable files are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, compatibility, data preservation, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability of any source, format, feature, or result.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, the website publisher, ConvertZen project participants, and any later-published legal operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, profit, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity; business interruption; device issues; or unauthorised use arising from website use, installer downloads, installation, media workflows, or reliance on product information.
Nothing in these Terms or policies excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer and payment-provider rights, privacy, intellectual-property, chargeback, or dispute rights.
A binding governing-law and court or forum clause must be published when the final legal operator, seller of record, and commercial terms are confirmed. No governing jurisdiction or indemnity is imposed before the final legal operator and applicable commercial terms are published. Any future cloud sync, account, hosted conversion, public sharing, licence activation, telemetry, or payment-connected feature must be accurately disclosed before it is offered.
