1. Payment Processor Review Status
Paid checkout has not yet been enabled on convertzen.net, payment processing is not currently integrated, and there is no current website transaction flow. Before any future payment, the offer must identify the verified seller of record, verified legal seller, exact product or entitlement, supported platforms, total price and ISO currency, applicable tax, access term, renewal status, delivery timing, material limits, cancellation path, 15-day refund window, privacy terms, and support contact before payment is requested. Future checkout copy must replace any draft placeholder still present before payment is requested.
Under the current Refund Policy, a future ConvertZen payment made through convertzen.net may be refunded within 15 days of the transaction when the buyer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, or the paid product has a material issue, cannot be used as described, or materially differs from the published offer.
If the offer concerns the ConvertZen application, it must accurately describe the product as client-side media software with local-first media workflows. It must not describe ConvertZen as online storage, cloud conversion, public file sharing, or a hosted media-processing service. The seller name, product, amount, currency, and billing terms must match across the offer, order summary, supported payment checkout, receipt, and fulfilment message.
2. Use a Commercial Payment
A software or service purchase must not be requested as a personal, friends-and-family, gift, or donation payment. Do not pay through a differently branded checkout or send money only because a message, advertisement, domain, application label, or social account uses the ConvertZen name.
3. Previous Transactions
For a previous purchase, review the seller shown on the receipt and the terms presented at that checkout. Contact that seller through the support route stated on the receipt. The Payment Notice and Refund Policy explain the current website status and safe steps for transaction questions.
If you cannot identify the correct support route for a previous transaction, email support@convertzen.net with the seller name, purchase date, product, amount, currency, and a redacted transaction identifier. Never send a password, one-time code, full card number, bank credential, identity document, or unredacted statement.
4. Storage, Security and Your Privacy Rights
This notice does not limit mandatory consumer remedies, cardholder chargeback rights, or rights available under a payment provider’s terms.
